What role does Wyoming play in contributing to the nation’s energy needs?

Presentation Requirements:

(Your teacher may replace or modify the following requirements with a different handout or set of requirements. Make sure to check any additional class directions you have been given before using this list of requirements to guide your research and presentation.)

amount, availability, and quality of the resource mined in Wyoming, including a map to show locations of deposits and a table to show Wyoming statistics
processes for conversion of the resource to usable energy and distribution to other parts of the nation
uses after processing
any other information affecting the resource’s development or use

Task #5: Meet as a team to share the information you’ve discovered so far. Hear a report from the presentation designer on the progress to date. Determine if your team needs to return to any sites for further information to complete or improve the presentation. Split the remaining research to share the work and provide assistance necessary to the presentation designer to complete the work on time.

Task #6: At the option of your teacher, you may be directed to find two additional websites that provide information to address the Big Question.

Task #7: As individuals, take notes on the presentations other teams in your class make about the other energy sources they have been researching
